This book's diction is hardly paralleled. The overall use of sentence structure and usage of simple words lends itself to a very fast paced and flowing piece. The overall effect presented is of a light, airy book that is very open and frank about the subject.

I spent the first few days finding those trigger points...lol...poking and prodding away at myself.
I highly recommend this book as it really has made a difference in my pain levels!! And a nice thing about this book...it doesn't hurt your wallet either!
